this song pretty much is about a girl looking for an attractive man with lots of money willing to spend it all on her in exchange for NOTHING.... now she may break him off here or there if you buys her that big name stuff but, he never asks... LOL
havent heard the song....well here it is...
now me personally... im not too big on using a guy for his funds... but, thats just the good nature in me... but, if that's what home girls perrogative is and he is fine sponsoring her then why should we judge her?
BET recently banned the showing of the video above because they felt it would portray a negative image of woman in the media...
REALLY BET????? do you really want to go there????? after the plethora of videos i seen growing up like mystikal's "shake it fast" or "danger" or even trey songz "invented sex" you didnt stop to think anywhere down the line that those videos may be portraying women in a bad light?
of course not its shown at 3am... women and children arent up at that hour...
lol j/k j/k... but, really why does the media feel that once a woman is vocal with her wants and needs then thats an issue? Now i'm not promoting that all women become gold diggers... DON'T DO IT BOO!!!! lol but, i'm just sayin if thats her prerogative why cant we be ok with it... like even ciara's "ride" video was played for like one day on BET why can't "sponsor"??? and i personally feel that "ride" is doing the most... love the song but, hate the video.. lol but, have your own opinions...
i just want to know what you guys think... did BET do the right thing by banning the video? or do you think they are fighting the wrong battle? let me know your thoughts and i'll be back with more topics later!!!!
